Dr. Richel Dapudong is a Filipino citizen but he considers himself an international educator. He has a doctorate in Educational Management and Leadership, an M.Ed in Special Education, a magna cum laude graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education, a TESOL certification, and a certified Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) by the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in Colorado, USA. Dr. Richel is a passionate teaching professional with over thirteen years of international school teaching and leadership experience in both elementary and secondary divisions following the UK national curriculum, Singapore Math, Cambridge, and IB programs. He has also contributed to the success of school visits and accreditations for both CIS and IB in his previous schools as part of the planning and leadership team. Prior to joining Lahore American School as the Director of Learning Support, Dr. Richel has held the position of an English/ESL and Mathematics teacher, SEN Teacher and Coordinator, IB PYP Homeroom Teacher, and Head of Student Support Services in Indonesia and Thailand with a summer school teaching experience in Myanmar.
