Anum Mansoor works at Lahore American School as a Learning Support Teaching Assistant and she has been a part of the LAS family since 2018. After completing her MPhil in Education from Beaconhouse National University (BNU), she worked at different IB schools as a ‘Special Educational Needs Assistant’ for more than 5 years. During this time, Ms. Mansoor capitalized on numerous opportunities to strengthen her foothold in the education sector of Pakistan by undergoing multiple training programs and certifications. Some of her most significant certifications encompass the completion of ‘Certification in the Needs of Students with Autism’ which she accomplished under the supervision of Ms. Jannine Barbowski (BCBA) at Nassau BOCES in New York, USA.

Most recently, by performing outstandingly, she attained the Orton-Gillingham certification, becoming one of the few certified practitioners in Pakistan to teach dyslexic students. At present, Anum is gearing up for her RBT certification which will further enhance her knowledge and skills in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Anum is a self-motivated and dedicated educationist who is primarily driven by the emotion of extending help to her students in the most generous and effective manner every day.
