The Lahore American School Parent-Teacher Association meets monthly at the school. Membership is open to all teachers and parents of students currently attending LAS.

Common to most PTA's, its purpose is to promote better communications through planned activities that involve the entire School community. These include the annual School Carnival, Movie Nights, providing refreshments for Sports Days and other school activities.
