At Lahore American School we welcome applications from candidates with a Bachelor’s teaching certification and a minimum of two years prior teaching experience.

Teachers are assigned to positions for which their certification and preparation qualifies them and maintain a full time weekly teaching schedule with planning time provided each day. Initial contracts are for a two year period with additional contracts being offered for a further one to two years.

LAS attends annual International recruiting fairs in Boston, Bangkok and Philadelphia. Interviews may also be conducted via Skype.


All applications for positions at LAS should include the following.

  An up to date curriculum vitae including details of all teaching employment and other qualifications and experience.
  Scanned copies of all documentation including Teacher Certification from an accredited Higher Education Institution in elementary, middle school or high school.
  A minimum of 2 references.
  2 recent passport photographs.
