Welcome to Lahore American School.  Located in green and historic Lahore, Pakistan, LAS is home to 410 students from preschool to grade 12. Our students come from Pakistan, the United States, Korea, the United Kingdom, Canada, Turkey, Algeria, Bahrain, Croatia, Iran and Indonesia.

LAS is organized into elementary (preschool to grade 5), middle school (grades 6 to 8) and high school grades 9 to 12). Our faculty is international, with teachers from the United States, Canada, Pakistan, Australia, Iran, France and the United Kingdom.

LAS offers a full American education, with AP (Advanced Placement) programs in the high school. Our teaching strategies, curriculum and student assessment practices are in line with the better schools of this type throughout the world. We have a wide range of sports, competing with schools within Pakistan (middle school) and throughout the South-East Asia region (high school). Other activities include yearbook, school newspaper, after school clubs, Saturday sports, ballet, Pakistani Culture Day, movie nights, a literary magazine, karate, dances and Community Service initiatives.

This special little school cultivates a community atmosphere with strong parental support and involvement, friendly and productive interactions between students and teachers and a quest for excellence.
